The Power Plant at National Park Seminary
Modern Luxury in a Historic Setting
Following the success of the Gymnasium at National Park Seminary (NPS) project, the Washington Landmark Construction team undertook another historic renovation, that of the Power Plant, Practice House and Fire House, also at the NPS site. Completed with all units sold, this development now features 14 stunning and architecturally unique condominium residences in three adjacent, historically designated buildings.
