This letter is about Karl Voglmayr and Aditya (Adi) Nair.  Adi works at Washington Landmark, LLC and was on-site supervisor during the renovation of my home in Chevy Chase, Maryland. Karl maintains his role of Project Manager and is always available for critical times or questions. The renovation was extensive and took almost a full year. My wife and I interviewed numerous reputable contractors for the job but settled on Washington Landmark based on their in-depth knowledge of historical properties, their vast experience, and reference checks with the owners of several properties they renovated in the neighborhood.

Washington Landmark did an excellent job, transforming an old home into one with modern features, but retaining the style of the original 1928 home.  The level of professionalism and eye for detail was exceptional.  The execution of the blueprints was perfect, and the result is of the highest craftsmanship.  

I spent much time with Adi since he was on-site daily and coordinating all the construction.  Adi and Karl are meticulous organizers and handled all the duties according to schedule.  With dozen and dozens of subcontractors to supervise, a renovation of this size is not a small undertaking.  Additionally, the home is governed by the Chevy Chase Village permitting group, so in addition to the numerous County permits, Adi and Karl coordinated a second set of necessary permits.  Adi’s engineering experience shined thru as he worked closely with our architect from start to finish.  As a CEO of medical diagnostics company, I interview many individuals and work with many different organizations; if Adi or Karl were in my field, I would hire either of them immediately.  Adi and Karl are personable, cheerful, kind and simply a good people to work with.  I highly recommend the firm for your future projects
